Designed for returning clients, this session allows us to check in on your progress, reassess your health, and refine your Ayurvedic plan. We’ll explore any changes in your well-being, and adjust your recommendations accordingly. Follow-ups include:

  • Pulse reading & tongue analysis

  • Adjust any previous recommendations

  • Guidance on incorporating Ayurvedic self-care practices
